HaniaMarysia jewellery and homeware is made entirely by hand from high quality materials - be it upcycled or handmade elements, reassambled/ assemblaged pieces and combines boho influences with the more classic - through the use of ethically sourced gemstones and precious metals. Shipping
We prepare items and aim to dispatch most within 24 hours or one business day of the order and payment being completed - unless otherwise stated in the product description. Exceptions may include made to order items and custom made items.
Delivery is through Royal Mail and Royal Mail Airmail for international delivery, from London, United Kingdom. This may differ depending on the weight of the parcel, in which case we will make sure to notify you. Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days but if for any reason this is not possible, we will make sure to inform you immediately. Customers located further away can expect longer delivery times compared to those located within Europe for instance. Transit duration will also differ with local customs and post offices. Items shipping internationally can get held up in customs so please bear in mind that we can only provide you with estimates, unless you have opted for a guaranteed expedited service. Orders can take 20 working days, even longer to arrive due to unforeseen circumstances in transit. Our standard delivery service does not come with tracking and we cannot be held responsible for late delivery times.
We recommend upgrading the shipping for orders worth more than $30, for peace of mind. You can do this either by selecting an upgraded service before checking out, or if that is not available, sending us a message with your intentions so that we can make the option available to you.
Tracking provides insurance in the case that the item is damaged or lost, and we will not be held liable for such events if you do not have the insurance that comes with the upgraded tracked service.
We will be offering an economy service, starting from March 25th 2014, for orders that are not as urgent.
Our current standard shipping service aims can be broken down as follows:
- Western Europe within three to seven working days
- Eastern Europe within five to seven working days
- Non-EU items may take longer
